Orders & Shipping

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We work with carriers that provide reliable delivery at competitive rates.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

To initiate a return, please email customercare@halterandhoundco.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.


Sizing & Fit (Please Read Before Ordering)

Proper sizing is essential for both comfort and safety.

Our products use a specific sizing system, which may differ from other brands. Measuring an existing collar or halter from another brand can result in an incorrect fit.

Before ordering, please:

  • Measure your dog’s neck snugly using a flexible tape measure

  • Refer to the sizing guide provided on each product page

Taking the time to measure carefully helps ensure the best possible fit and reduces the need for returns.


Product Care

Each piece we carry is selected for quality and durability, but proper care will extend the life of your product.

We recommend:

  • Avoiding prolonged exposure to water or harsh conditions

  • Cleaning gently as needed

  • Storing products in a cool, dry place when not in use

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
